THE WEST VIC DIVISION OF GENERAL PRACTICE IS A FULLY ACCREDITED DIVISION

Our Mission

To support General Practice to deliver the best care to improve the health of our community.

What is the West Vic Division of General Practice?

Divisions of General Practice were formed to assist GPs in addressing local health issues and to provide a supportive network across Australia to share resources and knowledge. Our projects and programs are designed specifically for our local GPs (with GP input) and their practice staff to help improve the health of the local community. Divisions are groupings of GPs in a geographical area. The West Vic Division supports 34 general practices in the townships of Ararat, Horsham, Maryborough Stawell, Beaufort, Birchip, Casterton, Coleraine, Dimboola, Donald, Dunkeld, Edenhope, Jeparit, Kaniva, Murtoa, Natimuk, Nhill, Rupanyup, St Arnaud and Warracknabeal.

How is the Division Run?

How are local GPs Involved in the Division?
