Doctors are supported by our nursing staff, who are all Division One Registered Nurses and are also accredited immunisation providers. They are all experienced in dealing with emergencies. Two nursing staff are available each day and patients are encouraged to talk with them, either in person or by telephone, for reassurance and advice. The practice offers excellent office support staff who provide an extremely supportive team culture. The medical records system is computerised utilising “Medical Director”. Satellite education facilities are available and doctors are encouraged to attend courses and updates. Medical students and GP Registrars are regularly involved in the Practice. Our practice has visiting specialists in E.N.T. Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Cardiology and Urology. We have installed a Neotonus Therapy unit to assist patients to manage incontinence problems. Our nursing staff work with our GP’s to provide an Occupational Medical Assessment Service to conduct medicals. Our Nursing staff also work with our GP’s to provide patient services such as Aged Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Diabetic Reviews, Asthma Plans and are complimented by visiting Asthma and Diabetic educators at our practice.
